Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2025
Because our products are custom-made with care and intention, we do not offer general refunds — but we always stand behind our work and will do our best to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
1. Signs Ordered Through Etsy
All signs are made to order and currently sold via our Etsy shop at wildcombdesigns.etsy.com.

Cancellations: Accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin preparing your design and cannot cancel your order.

Proofing: For custom signs, a proof will be sent. Once the proof is approved, the sale is final.

Returns: We do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue, please reach out — we will work with you on a resolution so that you receive a sign you love.
If you experience shipping damage:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Keep all packaging

Send photos of both the damage and the packaging to hello@wildcombdesigns.com
We’ll initiate an insurance claim and get your replacement started right away.
2. Wallpaper Ordered Through wildcombhome.com
Wallpaper orders are fulfilled through a U.S.-based partner and printed on demand just for you.

Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations: Once your order has been sent to production (usually within 12–24 hours), it cannot be cancelled.

If your wallpaper is damaged in shipping or there’s an error with your order, please email us with photos of the item and packaging.
3. Exceptions & Questions
We handle each situation personally and with care. If you have any concerns about your order, don’t hesitate to contact us — we want you to feel good about your experience.
