Shipping Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

At Wildcomb Designs, we do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains where and how we ship our products, how long it typically takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Where We Ship From

  • Signs are lovingly handcrafted and shipped from British Columbia, Canada via our Etsy shop.

  • Wallpaper is printed and shipped from Arizona, United States through our print partner, Wallmates.

2. Processing Times

  • Signs: Please allow 2–3 weeks for proofing, production, and packaging. We’ll send a proof for custom signs before printing. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Wallpaper: Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the item(s) in your cart.

  • Signs: Shipping rates are shown on Etsy at checkout.

  • Wallpaper: Rates are shown on wildcombhome.com during checkout and reflect direct integration with our U.S.-based print partner.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

5. Shipping Damage

Occasionally, shipping damage can happen. Don’t worry — all orders are fully insured.

 

If your item arrives damaged:

 

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Keep all packaging

  • Take clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging

  • Email us at hello@wildcombdesigns.com and we’ll help get you a perfect replacement

6. Delays

Once an item is shipped, we rely on third-party carriers to complete delivery. While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
